Applications will be accepted until July 5th or all slots are full. If selected, your payment and signed contract will be due by July 15th. If you are interested in adding on a RV/bus/trailer for camping you will need to purchase an RV/Bus pass ($150). Additional Parking Passes are $15 per vehicle. If you need more than 4 Vendor Staff Passes please contact your vendor coordinator. Vendors must provide their own UL approved heavy duty extension cords and tape or carpets.
All food vendors are allowed one Storage Vehicle. Storage Vehicles will be parked as close as possible to your vending location, and once they are parked they may not move until after the event. Storage Vehicles include box trucks, vans, trailers, refrigerated trucks, refrigerated vans, and anything used to hold required stock for your time at the festival. You may not camp in your Storage Vehicle. Please fill out the information below to let us know about your Storage Vehicle, if any.
