Welcome to the 2025 Neon Prairie application for the Volunteer Program. Please read the following information carefully and fill out the fields below to the best of your ability.
The first step is to complete this form in its entirety. If you are accepted to the Volunteer Program, you will receive an acceptance letter in July or as late as August that will require you to purchase a ticket that will be refunded upon completion of your shifts OR a non-refundable registration fee. The exact method will be determined at a later date.
If you are accepted and need to cancel, you have until FRIDAY, August 29th to do so in order to be refunded if you have already purchased your festival pass.
After you have been accepted, you will be sent a link to choose your volunteer program shifts online. Shifts are first come, first served.
The Volunteer Program application is intended to evaluate suitability for the program.
