Welcome to the 2025 Neon Prairie application for the Volunteer Program. Please read the following information carefully and fill out the fields below to the best of your ability.

The first step is to complete this form in its entirety. If you are accepted to the Volunteer Program, you will receive an acceptance letter in July or as late as August that will require you to purchase a ticket that will be refunded upon completion of your shifts OR a non-refundable registration fee. The exact method will be determined at a later date.

If you are accepted and need to cancel, you have until FRIDAY, August 29th to do so in order to be refunded if you have already purchased your festival pass.

After you have been accepted, you will be sent a link to choose your volunteer program shifts online. Shifts are first come, first served.

The Volunteer Program application is intended to evaluate suitability for the program. It is the policy of Neon Prairie to provide equal opportunity to all qualified persons; we encourage all people to apply including but not limited to people of color, women, LGBTQ+, people of all races, national origin, people of all generations, people with disabilities, veterans, people of diverse life experiences, people of all gender identities and ethnicities, without discrimination on the basis of sex, race, color, and religion as well as any other status protected under state and federal law.

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to work at Neon Prairie Festival 2025 (the “Event”). I understand that as a Volunteer Program member I will be compensated the equivalent the price of the festival pass for my services, however, I will not be covered by nor eligible for any insurance coverage provided or maintained by Neon Productions LP. (the “Promoter”) and their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, subcommittees, agents, members, employees, contractors, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), including but not limited to medical, property and liability insurance. I further agree that the Promoters of the Event may terminate my participation at any time. I also understand and acknowledge that in the event I am unable to fully execute and complete my project(s), my festival pass refund will not be honored or registration fee will not be refunded. *
