Neon Prairie wouldn’t be possible without amazing people coming together to create magic! Our volunteer program offers you a chance to be part of that magic!

Please read below about the three different volunteering opportunities. You will need to select one when you fill out the form below.

VOLUNTEER OPTIONS

1. Day-of-Festival Volunteers

Work one 5-hour shift per day during the festival (Saturday and/or Sunday). The rest of the time is yours to enjoy!

• You must purchase a one-day GA pass (approx $100) per day you volunteer.

• Your ticket will be fully refunded within 7 days after the festival if you completed your shift..

• Already bought your ticket? No problem! You’ll be refunded 7 days after the festival if you completed your shift.

• Wanna volunteer for more than 1 day?! Just buy a Saturday ticket you’ll be issued a Sunday ticket after completing your shift.

2. Pre-Festival Volunteers

Don’t want to buy a ticket up front? You can volunteer before the festival instead:

• Volunteer at the Friday Night Benefit (September 5th in the evening).

• You’ll receive a free one-day GA ticket (Saturday or Sunday) after your shift.

3. Camping Volunteers

Want to camp all weekend with your crew? Great!

• Reserve a campsite for up to 4 people. Check-in starts Friday; checkout is Monday.

• You’ll work one 5-hour shift per day you stay overnight.

• You must purchase a two-day GA pass (approx $140), which will be refunded within 7 days after Monday if shift requirements are met.

• Already bought your ticket? You’ll get that refunded too.

• A camping pass will be issued to you separately by a volunteer coordinator.

**Please note: You must have a valid ticket in order to enter the festival grounds on and start your shift.**

NEXT STEPS

1) Fill out the volunteer interest form below and select your volunteer type and provide a few details so we can match you to the right role.

2) In mid-August, we’ll send you a link to sign up for shifts. These are first-come, first-served, so keep an eye out! You must sign up for at least one shift per day you’re volunteering. Want to do more? You’re welcome to take on multiple shifts.

3) After signing up for shifts, there will be a virtual orientation meeting to meet and ask questions. Please attend if you are able.

4) A few days before the festival, you’ll receive instructions about check-in and where to report.

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to work at Neon Prairie Festival 2025 (the “Event”). I understand that as a Volunteer Program member I will be compensated the equivalent the price of the festival pass for my services, however, I will not be covered by nor eligible for any insurance coverage provided or maintained by Neon Productions LP. (the “Promoter”) and their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, subcommittees, agents, members, employees, contractors, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), including but not limited to medical, property and liability insurance. I further agree that the Promoters of the Event may terminate my participation at any time. I also understand and acknowledge that in the event I am unable to fully execute and complete my project(s), my festival pass refund will not be honored or registration fee will not be refunded. *
